Weekend green ideas #1
For this weekend green ideas, I've decided to share some tips on how to conserve energy. Conserving energy doesn’t only mean saving money but also reducing the demand of fossil fuels thereby means lowering of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. When conserving energy you must also be ready to do some sacrifices particularly when considering some of energy saving investments. Below are five simple tips you can easily follow to save energy:

1. Always reduce, reuse and recycle. These are the important R’s of conserving energy and must be strictly follow.
2. Implement energy-efficiency and waste-reduction measures in every place possible.
3. Walking is good for your health. Whenever possible walk or use your bicycle instead of driving. Every gallon of gasoline you save is a reduction to daily CO2 emissions.
4. Unplug. Always unplug electronic stuff when not in use. Appliances, gadgets and other electronic devices draw power whenever they're plugged into an outlet even when not in use.
5. Keep things organized at home.

Stay green this weekend! :)
